Purepack sent the food-contact test report before we ordered the samples. It keeps its shape when wet, does not shed fibers, and can be cleaned easily— so the single-use cost is lower than that of cardboard. Can I print my logo and part numbers on the corrugated plastic trays?Yes. We offer screen printing and flexographic printing; you can print your logos, part numbers, barcodes, and QR codes on the corrugated plastic trays. Corona-treated PP corrugated sheet can guarantee ink adhesion. Send us your artwork in AI/PDF format, and we’ll return a digital proof before production. Will the corrugated plastic trays become brittle or fade in sunlight? For outdoor storage or UV-exposed lines, we add a UV stabilizer masterbatch that extends outdoor life to 12–24 months; black and dark-colored corrugated plastic sheets also resist visible fading better. Tell us the storage conditions, and we will match the formulation.Let’s Discuss Your Needs and Find the Right Solution! If you do not know how to choose the best solutions for your project, we are happy to discuss with you and offer suggestions.Send Your Inquiry Now Scroll to Top WechatWhatsapp+8615898740625Call Now+0018058073459Email NowEmail Now corrugated-plastic-trays Standard Corrugated Plastic Trays Corrugated Plastic Trays with Dividers Hopper-front Picking Trays Heavy-duty & conveyor-ready Returnable Trays We control quality in the total production process Large-scale production capacity and global quality control system 1-about purepack About-Purepack ESD-Safe-Corrugated-Component-Trays Corrugated Plastic Tray System with Dividers Are You Ready to Customize Your Perfect PP Sheet Solution Customer Gallery -Customer Gallery Quality Certification Factory Gallery wechat
