The density is 500-800 gsm and can provide sufficient structural strength to withstand the pressure of full-load stacking.Purepack uses pure new material PP combined to produce 4mm correx sheets with high impact toughness in low-temperature environments. Each PP corrugated sheet has four-sided hot-melt edge sealing with a sealing layer thickness of 0.3-0.5mm, forming a sealing barrier at the cutting edge. Food-grade corrugated plastic boards have obtained certification from the FDA (USA) and SGS (EU).Choose The Perfect 4mm Corrugated Plastic Sheet4mm corrugated plastic sheet has many kinds of applications for you to choose. It can save you more costs and help you strive for more profits.Send Inquiry NowCold chain specific formula, normal use will not crackPurepack has added an elastic toughening modifier to the 4mm corrugated plastic sheets cold chain formula, which maintains the notch impact strength of the board at -20 ° C above 8kJ/m ² (ordinary PP is about 3-4kJ/m ²).At this modification level, the corrugated plastic box made by 4mm corrugated plastic sheets will not crack during normal use in cold chain scenarios (stacking storage, manual handling, occasional minor collisions).Send Inquiry NowWhy You Choose Purepack? The biggest difference between 4mm corrugated plastic sheets and other thicknesses is that it tests not only the sheet itself, but also the combined delivery capability of “food-certified sheet+ sealing edge processing + box structure design”.Purepack has built an independent cold chain product system. The raw material is food-grade PP, which is stored separately from ordinary industrial grade raw materials. The hopper is cleaned before and after production to avoid cross-contamination.In terms of certification, we hold both FDA and SGS food contact certifications, covering North American and EU requirements. The edge sealing process is equipped with hot melt sealing equipment, ensuring a good edge sealing effect and avoiding mold growth caused by waterentering.Cases of Our 4mm Corrugated Plastic Sheet4mm corrugated plastic sheet are used widely. Here are some of our cases:4mm Floor Protection SheetOur client is a home renovation company in the United States; each construction site requires large areas of floor protection materials. They previously used cardboard for floor protection, but the cardboard was not waterproof. Our 4mm corrugated plastic sheets help them solve the problem.Get instant QuoteSend Your Inquiry NowCorrugated plastic PackagingOur customer is a farm pack vegetables in cardboard boxes, but the boxes became damp and softened, causing the lower boxes to collapse when stacked, resulting in vegetable crushing and damage, with a loss rate of about 8%. Use a 4mm Correx turnover box instead; PP material is completely non-absorbent, and the cold storage environment does not affect the strength of the box. 4mm thickness has strong compressive strength and will not deform when stacked in 5 layers.Get instant QuoteSend Your Inquiry NowGet an Instant Quote Now Are You Ready to Customize Your 4mm Corrugated Plastic Sheet?Contact us to custom your 4mm corrugated plastic sheet solutions. TestimonialsWe used to use cardboard boxes for shipping auto parts. The cardboard would get wet in the warehouse, and the boxes would collapse. We replaced Purepack’s 4mm corrugated plastic boxes. They are waterproof, they stack without collapsing, and each box lasts about 50 trips. The corrugated plastic boxes have been used for 6 months.” John MillerLogistics Manager, United States“We supply construction site hoardings to contractors in the Northeast US. We used to use plywood, but it was heavy, expensive, and would rot after a few months. We switched to Purepack’s 4mm corrugated plastic sheets. They are light enough to install, strong enough to stand up in the wind, and they don’t rot. A 4mm sheet lasts 2 years on a construction site. We now use 4mm sheets for all our hoarding needs.” Dave Chen Operations Manager, AustraliaHow do we know if the edge sealing of 4 mm corrugated sheets is of good quality? There are three ways of determining the quality of edge banding:① Observation method – If the edge banding is not continuous and has an uneven width, this means that the edge banding is not uniform.② Press test – If there is any looseness or “clicking” sound made during the pressing process, this means that the edge is not tightly sealed.③ Cross-section test – Get a part of the edge sealing and use a blade to get the cross-section of it. If the upper and lower edges are still separated after slicing, it means that the edge sealing is not properly done. What is the life span of 4mm cold chain turnover boxes? The life span of a 4mm cold chain turnover box made by 4mm correx sheets depends on the number of uses, type of cleaning, and storage temperatures. If normal use conditions where the turnover is once a day, and cleaning is done once a week, the life span of the box will be around 2-3 years at a temperature between -20°C and +40°C.What factors affect the life cycle of 4 mm Correx sheets? The three key factors that determine life:① Cleaning temperature – we suggest you use warm water below 40 ° C for cleaning. Water temperature exceeding 60 ° C can accelerate the aging of PP materials;② Disinfectant choice – Chlorine-containing disinfectants (such as sodium hypochlorite) can make the surface of PP brittle after long-term contact. You’d better use hydrogen peroxide or peracetic acid disinfectants;③ The stacking method – When you store empty boxes, it’s better to store them upside down or folded; avoid long-term compression on one side, bacause it may cause deformation of the bottom layer.Let's Discuss Your Needs and Find the Right Solution! If you do not know how to choose the best solutions for your project, we are happy to discuss with you and offer suggestions.Send Your Inquiry Now Scroll to Top WechatWhatsapp+8615898740625Call Now+0018058073459Email NowEmail Now 4mm-Corrugated-Plastic-Sheet 4mm Corrugated Plastic Sheet Corrugated-Plastic-Box-for-Fruits Corrugated Plastic Box for Seafood and Frozen Meat ESD corrugated plastic box Corrugated plastic shipping boxes Chemical & Corrosion Resistant Reusable-Recyclable Longer service life with good edge banding technique Cold chain specific formula, normal use will not crack 1-about purepack About-Purepack 4mm Floor Protection Sheet Corrugated Plastic Packaging Are You Ready to Customize Your Perfect PP Sheet Solution Customer Gallery -Customer Gallery Quality Certification wechat
