Yes. We have made many European standard containers: 800x600xH, with one pallet of double layers perfectly matching. American standard box: 600x400xH (exactly 4 x 6=24 boxes/pallet), suitable for standard pallet length and width.
We offer screen printing and flexographic printing for large-scale, simple color orders; it is more cost-effective for quantities above 500 pieces. Before printing, the PP hollow board must undergo corona treatment to achieve a surface dyne value of 50 or above to confirm a good printing effect.
Yes. The lid has recessed grooves that match the stacking lugs on the PP corrugated box base. This design keeps the stack aligned during robotic handling and prevents shifting during transport. We have supplied this design to several frozen food processors using fully automated cold storage.
