For most cases with a sturdy H-stake, 4mm is perfect—it’s lightweight, cost-effective, and rigid enough. For larger signs (24″x36″+) or in windy areas, we recommend 6mm for extra durability.
We recommend using boards with added UV stabilizers, which are directly mixed into PP raw materials and not surface coatings, the sign board will not fade after being exposed to outdoor sunlight for 6 months to 1 year.
