Double-sided corona treatment, white ink adhesion
We perform double-sided corona treatment on the black board to stabilize the surface tension at 42 dyne/cm or above, and conduct testing once per shift.
Black corrugated plastic boards absorb heat quickly and are prone to overheating during corona treatment, leading to excessive surface oxidation. We adjusted the corona power and wire speed to ensure the treatment effect. For high-quality black corrugated plastic sheets, the color difference should be regulated to Delta E 1.0 or lower. The color difference can be controlled by adjusting the ratios of black masterbatch, the ratios of recycled material and new material, and by maintaining a consistent extrusion temperature and surface treatment (Corona treatment).
