What Are The White Plastic Corrugated Sheets?
White plastic corrugated sheet (white corrugated twinwall plastic sheet) is also called Coroplast board, Correx board, or PP hollow board. It is a double-walled hollow structural board extruded from polypropylene (PP) material with white masterbatch added. It has the same structure as polypropylene corrugated sheets – consisting of two flat surfaces and a vertical rib in the middle, which makes the board both lightweight and rigid.

The white color has the features of reflecting thermal radiation and can reduce the heating effect when exposuring to the sun’s rays. So in the summer, white plastic corrugated boards are less likely to be deformed or aged due to high temperatures. The black color sheets and other dark colored sheets will absorb huge amounts of heat, and this can lead to thermal deformation of your board and the failure of the adhesive layer or accelerated UV aging of your sheet.
Standard white plastic corrugated board may slightly yellow after 3-6 months of outdoor exposure. If UV stabilizers are added, the yellowing time can be extended to 1-2 years. If you use it indoors, it can remain unchanged for 3-5 years.
