The thickness depends on the usage: 3mm is used for lightweight protection (decoration sites, short-term activities), with low cost and light weight; if used on a construction site, 4 mm can withstand workers’ walking and small tool carts. It can be reused 5-10 times. If you used in heavy protection, use 6 mm, which is more rigid.
Almost not. 48″ x 96″ white corrugated sheets have titanium dioxide added, and the black corrugated plastic sheets have carbon black added; however, the added content is about 8-10%, and this has little influence on the physical characteristics. The tensile strength, flexural strength, and softening temperature are almost the same.
48 x 96 white corrugated sheets with a standard formula can be used outdoors for 6 months with color change ΔE ≤ 2. If you need a longer outdoor life, we can add an anti-UV formula that will last 12 months.
