We have eight production processes for PP corrugated box: ordering, board production, die cutting, printing, punching holes, accessories and Installation, packaging, and shipping. Standardized processes and strict quality control at each stage are the foundation for ensuring product quality and your satisfaction.

Confirm the details, which include the size, thickness, color, quantity, packaging, and delivery date of the PP corrugated sheet.

Board Production
The key process is the production of PP corrugated board, mainly including the following steps:
- Prepare raw materials and mix them
- Extrusion molding
- Cooling and shaping
- Surface treatment (corona treatment)
- Cutting
- Quality inspection
Die Cutting
Die cutting is the precise cutting of PP hollow boards according to the unfolded diagram of the box, while completing the indentation lines, in order to fold and assemble.

Printing
- Preparation before printing
Material preparation and surface treatment → Design document preparation
- Printing
Plate making → Exposure and development → Printing → Drying

Cutting → Drilling → Coating/Polishing → Irregular Cutting
Punching Holes
Punching holes is the process of punching the hole positions on the box board after die-cutting.
Process Steps
- Marking of holes: Mark the location where holes are to be punched as per the box drawing design
- Select punching technique: one-time punching of holes
- Cleaning of wastage (waste removal from holes)
- Inspection of holes: Test whether all holes are clean, whether the edges of holes are clean, and whether there are any burrs or cracks.
Accessories and Installation
- Accessory Confirm
Make sure you have the right type, specifications, and quantity of accessories.
- Installation Order
The basic installation order is as follows: Edge Trim → Corner Protector → Rivet Fixing → Handle → Label Holder → Other Accessories
- Shape formation
Once all the accessories are installed, crease the box along the indentation line to form the box. Check if everything has been put in its proper place, if the box is square, and if the accessories are properly fixed.
Packaging
Our package: wooden pallet packaging with corner protection devices at the four corners, packed in wrapping film; suitable for forklift unloading and loading.
Every pallet has a label with the following information: product name, specification, size, thickness, color, quantity, batch number, manufacturing date, buyer’s name, and order number.
