Folding Method
There are several folding methods of our pallet sleeve containers, such as M-folding, Z-folding, I-folding, C-folding, and U-folding, etc.
Sleeve width ≤ pallet width
M-folding usually refers to the folding of the side or the whole of a sleeve in a wavy or continuous line shape similar to the letter “M”. The main purpose of the design is to achieve a more compact storage volume while ensuring the strength of the sleeve structure.
Sleeve width ＞ pallet width
When Z-Folding is applied to tray sleeves, it refers to folding the side or overall of the sleeve along two creases, resulting in a final shape similar to the letter “Z”. Z-Folding has high space utilization and flexible design, making it very suitable for scenarios that require quick application and disassembly, as well as portability requirements.
Suitable for small sleeves
I-Folding originated from its folded shape, which is a long and straight tube, similar to the letter “I”.
