Pure Color and No Color Difference
The PP raw material we use is 100% polypropylene, not the recycled materials that turn gray and yellow. A pure background color means a higher degree of color reproduction in printing – the red color of the logo can print the true Pantone 185C, rather than the slightly orange red; Blue can print the real Pantone 294C, not the purplish blue.
Before printing, we will make a sample. When you confirm the Pantone color code, we adjust the ink according to the color code. In the printing process, we have regular checks and measure with a colorimeter to ensure that the color deviation Δ E is ≤ 2.
Screen printing for ultra-large batch printing
- High saturation of color blocks: Colors are more saturated and thicker. For large areas of solid color blocks, screen printing produces a more uniform and fuller effect than UV direct spraying.
- Good outdoor durability: The silk screen ink has a thick consistency and stronger weather resistance. The degree of fading is minimal after 6 months of outdoor exposure.
- Fast speed: Once the screen printing machine is adjusted, it can print 500-1000 sheets per hour. For large quantities of orders, delivery time is more controllable.

The corrugated plastic campaign signs have pre-cut holes in the four corners. You will need an H-frame stake (not included). Slide the stake into the holes, and push the stake into the ground. The sign should be about 2 feet above the ground.
3mm is the standard thickness for political yard signs. A 2mm sign is considered flimsy and is likely to bend in the breeze. 4mm is thicker and costs more. So 3mm thickness is the right choice.
The standard sizes are 18×24 for residential streets; 24×24 for highly visible areas; and 24×36 for heavily trafficked streets. If you have any doubts, just go for the 18×24 size.
