High cutting accuracy and smooth round-corner processing
Purepack adopts an advanced horizontal flatbed die-cutting machine and uses an intelligent photoelectric sensing device to ensure accurate cutting size in PP corrugated sheet processing. The size tolerance of 12×18 corrugated plastic signs is within ±0.5 mm; the boards for corrugated plastic signs are smooth, without burrs or warping.
Our round corner cutting process has two steps: die-cutting and manual polishing. First, a die-cutting machine is used to cut R5 rounded corners, and then workers manually polish the edges with sandpaper to ensure smooth edges.

For 12×18 corrugated plastic signs, 4mm is the standard thickness. It has enough rigidity for outdoor use and will not shake at 15mph wind speed. Corrugated plastic sheet 3mm is too thin and will shake in strong winds, making it unsuitable for outdoor use. 5mm is too heavy and expensive.
Both types are ok. The 12×18 corrugated plastic sign can be made into a vertical version (12 inches wide, 18 inches high) or a horizontal version (18 inches wide, 12 inches high). The vertical version is suitable for display on ground stakes; The horizontal signs are suitable for hanging on walls or displaying on desktops.
