- Measure the thickness (± 0.05mm) and dyne value (≥ 45) of each batch of boards.
- Perform 3M tape adhesion test (ASTM D3359 standard) for each batch of printing, with ink shedding ≤ 5%.
- 5% of each batch of finished products will be randomly inspected for installation testingfor you: ground stakes will be inserted into the soil, signs will be inserted into the card slot, and stability will be checked.
- Each batch of shipment comes with a printed adhesion test reportfor you.

The ground stake of the corrugated plastic arrow signs is made of galvanized steel. It is rustproof and corrosion-resistant. The ground stake is suitable for long-term outdoor usage. Once you insert the ground stake into the soil, it protrudes about 8 inches above the ground, and the label is placed into the slot of the ground stake without using tape or rope.
The corrugated plastic arrow signs will not fall at wind speeds of 20mph (approximately 32km/h). In case you experience high wind speeds (more than 30mph), you can put sandbags or additional weight at the base of the sign, or drive the ground stakes further into the ground. If there is frequent high wind in your area, it is recommended that you use signs made out of 4mm thick material.
