- US Market: White 4mmplastic corrugated signs are widely in demand. They demand only pure white (L * ≥ 92) color, double sided corona treated, H shaped ground stakes. Preferred packaging: 100 sheets per pallet wrapped by wrapping film.
- Canadian Market: Same as US market but demanding low temperature resistant formula (-20 ° C, not brittle) for winter use. Preferred colors: white and blue.
- UK Market: Size preference: A1 but also demands 24 x 36corrugated plastic signs. Thickness Preference: 3mm or 4mm; packaging: 50 sheets/pack.

The corrugated direction refers to the direction of the corrugated structure inside the board. The 24 × 36 label can be corrugated in either the 24-inch or 36-inch direction. Along the 36-inch direction (i.e., the long-side direction), after inserting the sign into the ground stake, the corrugation is vertical, and the vertical bending strength of the entire sign is twice as high as the horizontal bending strength of the corrugation. The corrugated plastic sign will not sway left or right in strong winds, making it more stable.
Our 24 × 36 plastic corrugated sign is made of 100% pure PP material, which means it does not have recycled materials. Its color is pure white; the printing color is accurate, and there are no black spots or impurities. The color of recycled material is gray and yellow; the printing color is inaccurate, and there may be impurities in the recycled material that affect ink adhesion. In professional printing factories, virgin material is a prerequisite.
4mm is the best option for professional corrugated plastic signs because it has enough strength and does not sway at a wind speed of 20mph; 3mm is too thin, and 6mm is too heavy.
