Sheet Production Process
The key process is the production of PP corrugated board, mainly including the following steps:
- Prepare raw materials and mix them
- Extrusion molding
- Cooling and shaping
- Surface treatment (corona treatment)
- Cutting
- Quality inspection
Die Cutting
Die cutting is cutting corrugated plastic sheets into the needed shape and size through customized molds. Mass production relies on die-cutting equipment to ensure size consistency and efficiency.
We can achieve:
Cut the large PP corrugated board into specific layer pad sizes
Precise dimensional tolerances（±0.5 mm）
Cut out special shapes such as rounded corners and hole positions to meet different application needs.
Edge Sealing
Edge sealing: The process of sealing the edges and corners of the corrugated plastic board. This is widely used in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical industries, and packaging of glass bottles.
We use a four-sided hot melt sealing system that melts the PP material on the edge of the board and thus produces a smooth surface with perfect sealing of all four corners.
The edge sealing is smooth, without gaps, to avoid dust entering the corrugated part.
Printing
- Preparation before printing

Plate making → Exposure and development → Printing → Drying
- Post-printing processing
After printing, the following process can be customized as required:
Cutting → Drilling → Coating/Polishing → Irregular Cutting
Packaging
Our package: wooden pallet packaging with corner protection devices at the four corners, packed in wrapping film; suitable for forklift unloading and loading.
Every pallet has a label with the following information: product name, specification, size, thickness, color, quantity, batch number, manufacturing date, buyer’s name, and order number.
