What Are The 2mm Corrugated Plastic Sheets ?
The 2mm corrugated plastic sheet is the thinnest thickness in our product lines. It is not meant for outdoor signs or heavy-duty packaging. But for indoor signs, craft packaging, dividers, and temporary protective covers – floor protection sheets and wall protection rolls- it is the perfect choice.
It is lightweight, waterproof, and easy to cut with a utility knife or scissors. Made from 100% virgin polypropylene, it has a clean, white surface that prints well. If you need a sheet that is thin, light, and cheap, 2mm corrugated plastic sheet is your best choice.
Choose The Perfect 2mm Corrugated Plastic Sheets
2mm corrugated plastic sheets have many kinds of applications for you to choose. Here are some of the common types we have.

2mm corrugated plastic sheets are used to help protect floor coverings during building, refurbishments, and demolition projects.

Advertising: sign board, exhibition board, picture frame backing, digital printing and screen-printing, pop-up displays, etc.
The toughness and hollow sheet can easily be bent and cut; it can be designed as all kinds of transportation boxes, mailboxes, display racks, partitions, gift boxes, etc.

It can be customized for decoration use: partitions, wall cladding, indoor or outdoor decoration, air conditioning ducts, windows, and false ceilings, etc.
Key Features of 2mm Corrugated Plastic Sheets

The hollow structure makes it light, and one person can carry 200 sheets.

It can be cutted by blade, smooth edges, no burrs.

Unlike cardboard, which absorbs water and rots, can be used in humid environments

It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless, 100 recyclable.
Precise Weight Control, Special Packaging
- The GSM range for 2mm corrugated plastic sheets is between 250-450g/sqm. We produce according to your requirements and conduct weight checks on each batch to ensure that the boards are not too light.
- The 2mm corrugated plastic sheets are easy to bend and deform during transportation. We have designed a safe packaging solution for 2mm coroplast sheets: 10-20 pcs wrapped with PE film, with corners protected, to prevent the boards from squeezing and deforming each other, ensuring the goods that you receive are in good condition.

Precise Cutting Process with Small Errors
- High dimensional accuracy
The 2mm correx sheets are thin and are easy to deviation during cutting. We use CNC cutting equipment with a tolerance controlled within ± 1mm. The boards you received have the same size.
- Good edge quality
Thin sheet cutting is most prone to producing burrs. We regularly replace the blades to ensure that the edges are neat and free of burrs. You can use it directly without the need for secondary trimming.
Why You Choose Purepack?

Purepack has 16 PP/PE hollow board extrusion molding production lines, of which 4 are specially equipped with independent temperature control modules for the thin plate area, and the temperature difference of the cooling water circulation is controlled within ± 1 ℃ to ensure that the flatness of the 2mm board surface remains stable within 1.5mm/m.
Although the price of 2mm corrugated sheets is the cheapest among all thicknesses, our quality will not be compromised. We provide you with customization services to meet your various needs.
Cases of Our 2mm Corrugated Plastic Sheets
2mm Corrugated plastic sheets are used widely. Here are some of our cases:

Our customer needs plastic corrugated dividers inside the gift box to separate the bottles and prevent collisions during transportation. They tried cardboard, but it was not waterproof and became soft when it got damp during transportation. The bottles were also damaged due to displacement, with a damage rate of 8%. We recommend 2mm corrugated board, white, pre-cut size, with each board cutting error controlled within ± 1mm; the transportation damage rate decreased from 8% to 0.5%.

The customer is a US home decoration company. They previously used kraft paper for floor protection. Kraft paper is not waterproof, and paint drips onto and penetrates the floor, resulting in a high customer complaint rate. We recommend 2mm corrugated plastic sheets, 48 × 96 inches, directly laid on the ground, with adhesive tape at the joints. PP material is waterproof, and paint droplets cannot be wiped off or penetrate the floor, completely solving customer complaints. It can be recycled and reused after installation. After the customer switched to 2 mm Correx sheets, ground protection complaints were reduced to zero.

Testimonials
The thickness is 2mm, with a tolerance of ±0.2mm. Thickness varies from 1.8mm to 2.2mm. It’s the thinnest corrugated plastic sheet available in the market.
2mm corrugated plastic sheets are suitable for indoor use only. They are not durable enough to resist wind, do not have UV protection, and will turn yellow and become brittle after 2-3 months under the sun. If you need outdoor application, we advise using 4 mm or more.
2mm corrugated plastic sheets are packed in cartons. There are 25-50 sheets per carton, depending on the size. Edges and corners are protected by cardboard.
