Our corrugated plastic boxes with dividers are made from 3- 5 mm PP corrugated sheets, with dividers using the same material as the box. Dividers can be fixed or removable, with three locking options: snap-in slot, reverse-lock, or one-piece molded.

The plastic corrugated box is made of 4mm PP corrugated board, and the plastic corrugated dividers are made of 3mm or 4mm board, with a single grid bearing capacity of over 30kg. Suitable for storing heavy parts such as motors, pump bodies, and castings.
For applications that require empty transportation, the box can be folded, but the partition needs to be removed separately. After folding, the volume of the box is reduced by 80%, suitable for cross-factory logistics and leasing services.
When customers require special partition layouts (such as partition quantity, partition size, single partition with cover, single partition with sponge), CNC cutting and die-cutting customization are provided, with a tolerance of ±0.5 mm.

The corrugated plastic dividers and corrugated plastic boxes are produced using the same batch, formula, and thickness. If you require ESD anti-static, ESD materials should be used for both the dividers and the box. If you require UV resistance, both the partition and the box should be made of UV-resistant materials. We will not mix different materials to save costs.
The plastic corrugated box with dividers, are integrated with the box body, has a sturdier structure, and the partitions will not be lost, are suitable for long-term use. Ordinary plastic corrugated boxes are equipped with independent partition boxes, which can be removed separately for easier replacement.
We suggest you follow the following steps:
- For regular cleaning, you can use a dust-free cloth that is soaked in 75% alcohol to clean the surface of the PP corrugated plastic box and dividers.
- For deep cleaning, take out the separators and clean them separately. Using a high-pressure air gun, remove dust from inside the corrugated plastic box, and then clean it with a cloth.
We do not suggest that you clean using water because of the possibility of water remaining in the box.
