What Are The Yellow Corrugated Plastic Sheets?
Yellow corrugated plastic sheet is not just a colored version of the standard corrugated plastic board. It has different applications. Its primary job is to be seen — on construction sites, in traffic, at outdoor events, and in warehouses where color coding helps workers pick materials quickly.
Yellow corrugated plastic sheets are made from high-impact polypropylene material by adding yellow masterbatch, the material is lightweight enough to carry in bulk but rigid enough to stand up to wind and rain. It is also waterproof, chemical-resistant, and fully reusable. Unlike cardboard, it will not turn to mush when the rain comes, and unlike aluminum board, it will not dent and you can cut with a knife.

Single-color masterbatch formula, ensuring 'same yellow'
Yellow is the most sensitive to color differences among all colors. The yellow masterbatch we use is a single formula with a specified brand and specified addition ratio.
Specific control measures:
- Before production, compare the colors of the boards from the previous batch with the Delta E controlled within 1.0.
- Take a sample every 30 minutes during the production process and compare it with the standard color card.
- When changing the color washing machine, the remaining materials must be emptied.
Surface cleanliness control, no black spots on the board surface
- We improve the frequency of screen replacement. We change the frequency of screen replacement from 8 hours to 4 hours. We increase the mesh size of the sieve from 80 to 120, ensuring no impurities in the material.
- We can precisely control the extrusion temperature. Yellow pigments are sensitive to heat. When the temperature is high, the pigment will decompose and change color from bright yellow to gray yellow. We can achieve a temperature control accuracy of ± 2 ° C in each area, and use a separate temperature control recording system when producing yellow corrugated plastic boardsfor you.
- We’ll clean the machine completely after turn off. When changingto different colors, all extra material in the screw must be removed with cleaning material before adding yellow material.

- The temperature of the three-roll calender is set separately to ensure that the flatness of the resulting board is within 1mm/m.

And more, we added additional light stabilizers (HALS) and ultraviolet absorbers (UVA), and the addition ratio was specially adjusted. It can effectively delay the fading of yellow coral plastic sheets.
