According to the different surface resistance values, the common materials are divided into two categories:
1. Anti–static type
Surface resistance: 10 ⁶ -10 ⁹ Ω
Suitable for packaging and turnover of electronic components
It can prevent static electricity accumulation and sensitive components effectively
2. Conductive type
Surface resistance: 10 ³ -10 ⁶ Ω
It can be used for components that are extremely sensitive to static electricity, such as semiconductor wafers and precision chips

Why does the electronics industry need it?
Many customers ask us, “Isn’t it okay to use ordinary corrugated plastic boards with anti-static bags?”
The answer is: yes, but not reliable enough.
Ordinary corrugated plastic boards themselves are insulators and accumulating static electricity. Even if an anti-static bag is placed outside, static discharge may occur during the handling process. And ESD corrugated plastic sheets can solve it- it is an electrostatic dissipation material, and the entire box, partition, and tray are continuously protecting your products.
