PP corrugated sheet is a hollow structural board made of polypropylene, also known as Wantong board or double wall board. This material has the characteristics of lightweight, waterproof, shockproof, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and tasteless, rich color, etc. It can achieve anti-static and conductive functions by adding masterbatch. The main products include PP boards, turnover boxes, pallets, etc., with a thickness range of 1.2-13mm, suitable for packaging and partition production in the fields of packaging, advertising, electronics, logistics, agriculture, etc.
Plastic hollow boards are produced using extrusion molding technology, which has the characteristics of high compressive strength, good cushioning performance, and recyclability, and can replace traditional paper and wooden packaging materials. Compared with injection molded products, it has the advantages of excellent shock resistance, flexible structure design, and no need to open injection molds. The surface resistivity of anti-static board can be controlled between 10 ³ and 10 ¹¹.
