Cooling uniformity and internal stress control ensure the flatness
Purepack adopts a nucleating agent gradient scheme: adding more nucleating agents on the surface layer to promote crystallization, and adding fewer nucleating agents on the core layer to match the natural cooling rate. By adjusting the concentration ratio of nucleating agents between the two sides and the core layer, the front of the 10mm corrugated plastic sheet is advanced together, and the board surface is flat when exiting the cooling section.
Different colors and density levels has different ratios of nucleating agents – dark color boards absorb more infrared heat, and the cooling curve is different from that of white panels, so the ratio will be adjusted accordingly.

The largest width for 10mm board is 2500mm and its length is customizable. The standard weight of the 1220 × 2440mm specification is about 4.8kg per sheet at 1600 gsm and 7.2kg per sheet at 2400 gsm.
The processing requirements for 10mm PP corrugated sheet are higher than those for thin board. It is recommended to use a circular saw or curved saw with hard alloy blades (tooth pitch 6- 10 mm) for cutting. When drilling, use a 60-90 ° Fried Dough Twists drill to pad the board under the board to prevent edge collapse on the lower surface.
10mm is 25% thicker than an 8 mm corrugated plastic sheet; it has about 300% more stiffness and load-bearing capacity than 8mm. So 10mm is suitable for structural applications that 8mm cannot be used for, such as permanent walls and heavy-duty pallets.
