Extrusion Molding
We have 16 domestically advanced fully automatic PP hollow board extrusion molding production lines, which adopt unique screw designs, adjustable flow barriers, and special temperature control systems to fully ensure stable plasticizing performance and extrusion efficiency.
Cutting
We have 13 sets of high-precision die-cutting and forming devices that adopt advanced horizontal flatbed die-cutting machines, and use intelligent photoelectric sensing devices to fully ensure the fine dimensions of sheet metal processing and improve processing quality.
Printing
We provide silk screen printing and digital printing. Different printing types are suitable for different pattern types and different printing substrates. Silk screen printing is suitable for almost all plastic sheets, but only simple patterns can be printed. Digital printing has a high acceptance of patterns and substrates, but can be relatively expensive.
Welding
Our corrugated plastic sheet processing also adopts advanced ultrasonic welding technology, an automatic nail box linkage production line, and independently developed automatic heat sealing bonding technology, making the product more beautiful and environmentally friendly.
