The Processing Services of Corrugated Plastic
With 16 advanced processing machines and a professional processing team, including engineers and skilled workers. We can offer custom processing services, including extrusion molding, die cutting, CNC cutting, silk screen printing, digital printing, thermal bending, welding, and more.
Extrusion Molding
PP raw materials (polypropylene particles) are heated and melted in our 16 automatic PP hollow board extruders and extruded through a specially designed mold to form a structure with two flat plates and a hollow corrugated rib in the middle. After cooling and shaping, they become continuous PP corrugated sheets.

Cutting
Cutting plays an important role in PP Hollow Board secondary processing to cut the large boards into the required size.
Cutting process
- Inline cutting process: This process is used to cut standard-sized large boards (e.g., 48 x 96 inches).
- Offline cutting process: This is suitable for cutting small-sized products.
- Die cutting process: It is suitable for accurately cutting complex-shaped products like corrugated plastic boxes according to the drawing.
Printing
We provide silk screen printing and digital printing. Different printing types are suitable for different pattern types and different printing substrates. Silk screen printing is suitable for almost all plastic sheets, but only simple patterns can be printed. Digital printing has a high acceptance of patterns and substrates, but can be relatively expensive.

Welding
Welding plays an important role in the processing of PP hollow sheets for the manufacture of PP corrugated boxes, plastic layer pads, and other packaging materials.
Purepack uses the ultrasonic welding technique. It is characterized by quick welding, high welding strength, no solder application required, and no smoke or smell.
