We have created a parameter library for commonly used applications, including pallet modulus, shelf height, and fruit and vegetable box punching scheme. If you provide the loading material and usage, we will provide size, thickness, structural recommendations, and drawings. After confirmation, we will make samples for a trial order before mass production.

Hot-pressed, pre-folded folding line, once molding
Our folding line has hot pressing and pre-folding treatment – instead of pressing a line on the board, the material at the folding point is reshaped using hot pressing technology, and the molecular structure is rearranged at the folding position without cracking after 100000 folds.

Cases of Our Corrugated Plastic Totes
Corrugated plastic tote boxes are used widely. Here are some of our cases:

Our customer supply engine parts. The parts need to be transported in dust-free, moisture-proof containers. They used to use wooden crates, but they were heavy and expensive. Then they changed to corrugated plastic tote boxes. The boxes are lightweight, waterproof, reusable. Their cost per trip is 60% lower than wooden crates.

Our customer ship sensitive electronic components to manufacturers. They used to use cardboard boxes with anti-static bags, but the boxes were not strong enough for stacking. Then they changed 4mm corrugated plastic tote boxes with anti-static functions. The boxes are dust-proof, and the anti-static property protects the components better.

Each board is repositioned before die-cutting, and the cumulative error is controlled within ± 0.1mm. After the box is cut, the dimensional tolerance should be controlled within ± 0.5mm. Plastic corrugated totes will not get stuck or stack unstably on automated production lines.
