We give you suggestions based on the following usage situation:
- 3mm: It is suitable for indoor use or for short-term outdoor use (1-2 weeks). Corrugated plastic sheet 3mmis light and inexpensive and will be good for a shorter service life.
- 4mm: This thickness is standard and good for outdoor use for 2-6 months. 4mmcorrugated plastic sheet is stiff enough to resist any shaking at a wind speed of 20mph. Suitable for most usage situations.
- 5mm: It is rarely required. 5mm corrugated plastic sheetis suitable for very windy situations or for your usage that requires longer periods of time (over 6 months).

It all depends on the usage. The unit price of 18 x 24 is relatively low, and within the same budget, one can buy more sheets to cover a broader area. The unit price of 24 x 36 is high, but the single information quantity is large, which suits contexts like main roads that require high visibility. When the budget is not sufficient, 18×24 would be better. When the goal is maximum visibility, then 24 x 36 is better.
- Each batch of boards: thickness measurement (± 0.05mm), dyne value (≥ 45), color (Lab * colorimeter).
- Each batch of cutting: 5% sampling for size measurement (18 ± 0.5 inches, 24 ± 0.5 inches).
- Each batch of printing: Conduct 3M tape adhesion test (ASTM D3359 standard), ink shedding ≤ 5%.
- Each batch of shipment: accompanied by Dain value test report and size inspection report.
The 18×24 corrugated plastic signs are designed with a 24-inch H-shaped galvanized steel ground stake. When the ground stake is inserted into the soil, it will be 8 inches above the ground surface. It your area has strong wind, we advise you use 30-inch ground stakes.
