PP Corrugated Sheet Extrusion Factory with Modern Equipment
Our own factory handles all aspects of PP raw material procurement, formula formulation, extrusion molding, corona treatment, cutting and packaging within the factory.
The extruder used by us is a 3-layer co-extrusion production line imported from Germany, which comes with a built-in online thickness detector and an online corona processor. Each of the 4×8 corrugated plastic sign boards produced by us is completed in our own workshop without any third-party involvement in its manufacturing process.
Rich experience in exporting to different foreign markets
- US market: Pure white 4 mm product (L* ≥ 92) with corona discharge treatment on both sides and 24-inch H-shaped ground stakes.
- Canadian market: Same requirements as the US, with low-temperature resistance to −20 °C. Preferred colors are white and blue.
- UK market: Mainly A1 (594 × 841 mm) size; also has demand for 4 × 8 ft size. Mainly 3 mm or 4 mm thick.
- Australian market: UV resistance, used outdoors, and resistant to color change within six months; preferred colors are white and blue.
- Middle Eastern market: High-temperature resistance required (up to 50 °C). Preferred colors are white and red.

4×8: it means 4 feet by 8 feet.
48×96: it means 48 inches by 96 inches.
The sizes are all 1220 mm × 2440 mm.
Normal board: outdoor use for 6 months, ΔE ≤ 2 in color change. If you need a product with more outdoor durability, you can choose an anti-UV formula, which will not change color even after 12 months of use, but at an additional price of 10%.
Our PP corrugated board will have a DIN value of ≥50 when the product is sent from our factory, and with proper storage, the DIN value will not fall below 40 for a period of 3 months, which satisfies the ink-bonding requirement of most printing factories. We recommend you use our products within 1 month of arrival.
