We use a die-cutting machine fitted with an electric positioning system whereby every sheet is repositioned during cutting. There is ± 0.5mm tolerance for 4×4 dimensions. The resulting boards do not have any burrs or warping on all four sides. The edges are neat. You can use the signs without any secondary processing.

The durability of 4×4 corrugated plastic signs and 18 x 24 corrugated plastic signs is the same since they use the same PP corrugated board, ink, and technology. Outdoor use lasts for 3 months on the standard formula board, Δ E ≤ 2. You can have an extended outdoor usage period by using the anti-UV formula, which will not fade within 6 months of outdoor use.
