Test the Lab* values and compare the tests against a standard color chart. Before shipment, check to ensure that the ΔE ≤ 2.
- Thickness Testing
Thickness test every 10 seconds, and the thickness tolerance is kept at ±0.05 mm, which is above the industry standard (±0.1 mm).
- Size Testing
Ensure that for black corrugated plastic sheets 48 x 96, the dimensional tolerance remains ±1mm, and a 5% sample of each batch is tested.

However, the black material absorbs heat, and outdoor usage with sunlight may increase the surface temperature, causing the fading of ink. The color of standard formulation board is retained for up to four months of outdoor use, and a UV-resistant formulation extends this period to up to twelve months.

The standard black corrugated plastic sheet does not have any anti-static properties. If packaging for electronics is needed, we can provide an anti-static formula. Its surface resistivity is in the range of 10^6 – 10^9 Ω.
